Once you receive a rating, can the VA decrease your rating?

First off, I understand that youthful appearance is most desired in today's world. However, I am about to turn 21, but you'd find it hard to believe, for most assume I am still in early high school, around 12-16. That is probably the worst thing that's ever happened to me directly in my life, and I've been suffering with it for as long as I've noticed it (around 8th grade). I spiraled deep in depression and ended up seeing numerous psychologists and psychiatrists over the years, and even small-T trauma therapy and endocrinologists. The endocrinologist said my bone age was 18 (I just turned 20 at the time) and that there was nothing too dramatic for him to give me any supplements. Also, he said that at my age it would be too late anyway. I'm not as depressed anymore ;cause I've learned how to deal with myself, but anytime I catch a glimpse of myself in a public mirror, like in the rear-view mirror of a bus, I notice how tiny and young I am among my age group. And that gets to me. I can barely even shop in men's departments still. I've never had a steady girlfriend or came close. These things build up and reinforce the negative thoughts that make me even more unattractive. If I had aged and grown like the average guy, I could have lived a different life and avoided all of those dark days, and maybe have been a little more secure today. So, the professionals claim there's nothing physically wrong with me. All I ever hear is that it doesn't matter. I'll find a girlfriend someday, one day you'll be thankful for looking so young, etc. But it does matter because it's ruining what everyone claims to be the best 4 years of your life- college. I'm almost done- 3 more semesters, and I haven't lived at all anything that I hoped to live. What kind of aging disorders are out there anyway? What can I do to finally just look my age?

Limewire? Bearshare? Warez? or any other suggestions.. i've heard all these cause virus problems as well as make the computer slower, is it true?

Well, mmk heres the story: Hes a freshman and im a sophomore And hes the class clown of our spanish class Me, him and this girl, Who he hates (Shes super annoying) sit at our table So.. 1. Hes always asking to be my partner 2. He uses my name, 3. He touches me on the shoulder 4. And today he took my phone to check it out, And when he opened it he said: "Aww look at the baby, im the daddy and shes the mommy" Or something like that It was really scary! The girl who sits at our table looked at both of us weird I wrote him a message saying "Hey" But he hasnt seen it yet Or i think he would of replied.. Hes really loud, and i think everyone thinks hes annoying And im super duper shy ^_^ Haha But anyways I was just wondering what to look for when a guy likes you Thankyouuh:) Sorry its long, easy 10 points (o: Sorry; I worded that baby thing really really really scary lol He didnt exactlly say it like that XDD Haha But the "baby" was my 5 year old sister.. Rofl

I have 4 week old puppies and they don't seem interested in eating canned puppy food or puppy chow that has been soaked to make it soft,they will lick it about one time and then that's it.Is this something they grow out of or what else can i do to make them want the food?I have separated the mother from them for about 4 hours before so that they will be hungry but they still won't eat it.Before anyone asks the mother and puppies are rescues,i'm not a byb.

OK, so here I am living in Tokyo, trying to get an iPhone 3G. I phone Softbank Telecom to get a quote. 8GB is 76,320 Yen - $775!!!!!!!!! 16GB is 87,800 Yen - $891!!!!!!!!! WHAT THE ****! And that's just to buy the phone. On top of that is the 7,000 Yen ($72) average monthly charge to use it!!! The price for the iPhone itself is 4 times the price in the US. This is surely a major rip off. Anyway, if you are a foreigner living in Japan, or are Japanese yourself, and you have an iPhone with Softbank, I'd like some information about these prices. I've even heard they can vary by as much as $250 depending on which Softbank shop you buy it from. WHAT THE **** IS GOING ON!? The situation here in Japan is CRAZY!!! Needless to say, I AM NOT GOING NEAR AN IPHONE until I am clear on this pricing structure. Experiences please. Thanks.
